Broadcast business affairs, legal clearances, over-scale and celebrity talent negotiations, management of cross cultural marketing partnerships, the recruitment and management of vendors, Directors, Production Designers, Commercial Artists and Cinematographers, digital integration, branded entertainment, in-house production, post production, animation, CGI, VFX, digital/tapeless distribution, all aspects of line-production and the implementation of Best Practice protocols for blue-chip clientele.

Producer/Director for in-house production department, Tri-Spot Productions. Creative Producer supervising the creative execution and fiscal oversight of hundreds of radio and television commercials over a twelve month period.

             substantial new business wins for the agency and Yaffe's

             recognition as "MidWest Agency of the Year" by AdWeek.
